Unicorn Coffee House opens.

Operated by George Papadopolous, it is located at 825 Boylston Street. Folk performers include Eric Anderson, David Blue, Tim Hardin, Joni Mitchell, Phil Ochs, Bonnie Rait, Tom Rush, James Taylor, and Dave Van Ronk. Rock performers include the Butterfield Blues Band, Jefferson Airplane, Mississippi John Hurt, and Van Morrison. The club moves further up Boylston Street in 1971 and closes soon after.
